We text you only if you check one of the two optional boxes on the form: one for transactional texts about your inspection request, appointments and project updates, and one for marketing texts. Both boxes start unchecked, and neither is required to request an inspection. When you send the form, we keep a record of which boxes you checked, the wording shown beside them, the time and your IP address, as proof of your choice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time, or tell us on the phone that you prefer not to be contacted that way. Opting out of texts does not affect any inspection or service you have requested. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Sharing

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate this website and respond to your request, such as web hosting, form handling, email and scheduling tools. Those providers may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
